In order to comply with guidelines from the State of California and the Centers for Disease Control, Trinity Urgent Care & Occupational health has temporarily reduced our clinic hours. We are now offering full telemedicine services 9am to 9pm each day as a way to continue providing care for our patients while reducing the spread of COVID-19.

All drivers of commercial vehicles are required by Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations to pass a comprehensive medical examination performed by a DOT-certified provider every two years. As members of the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners, our qualified providers are trained and certified to perform DOT driver medical examinations. A standard exam includes:

  • Medical History
  • Physical Exam
  • Vision and Hearing Test
  • Urinalysis
  • Physical Exam Interpretation
