Urgent Care & Occupational Health

Dear Valued Clients,

Due to the unforeseen Covid-19 pandemic situation...........effective immediately, it has become necessary to reduce our clinic hours. This is only TEMPORARY! We are closely following CDC guidelines therefore, Trinity has made the decision to reduce our hours of operation as follows:

Monday - Friday: 7 am - 5 pm
Sat & Sun: 9 am - 3pm

Elk Grove
Monday - Friday: 9 am - 5pm
Sat & Sun: 9 am - 3 pm

Billing Department:
Monday - Friday: 9 am - 2 pm
Sat & Sun: closed

Drug Screens:
No later than 3pm in order to provide, process and submit.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause...As our valued clients your safety and well-being are important to us as well as our own employees. The decline in patients at this time also requires that we put this into play and also to reduce the spread of this virus. The difficult call to temporarily reduce hours of operation is in the interest of all. These decisions are never easy to make, but we do believe it is the responsible thing at this time.

My hours have also been reduced, however I can always be reached by phone, email and text. I will get back to you as soon as possible. direct: Mobile 209-483-8055

Remember........ we must all do our part to follow CDC and Pandemic World Health Policies. Social distancing, staying home when ill and proper hand washing are still the most effective way of prevention.

We will keep you posted if there are any further changes to our schedule. We look forward to the day we can say we are back to our regular business hours and that the USA is back to where we were before this pandemic virus.

Stay Healthy, vigilant and strong during this challenging time.

Best Regards,
